All the islands of Hawaii cannot be lumped into just one lazy descriptive sentence, since the mountains of Kauai, shrouded in protective hovering clouds are in sharp contrast to the high rise modern sky scrapers which now seem to dominate Honolulu. Except, maybe - the BEACHES, blindingly white, which seem to arch endlessly in pristine coves. Breezes blow white capped waves gently, or angrily, in and around dauntless surfers, and climb the last few inches up the sand, nipping at half asleep sunbathers’ feet. On a 3" pale blue ball, flecked in sunlight gold. Another look entirely, of course, on white.
