Holland enjoys only about 32 days with FULL sunshine a year! No wonder everything is so lush and green. So, it was no surprise on our ride to DELFT, that the clouds – huge, dark grey to fluffy white – were drenching the countryside. That didn’t dampen the charm of this quaint town, and suddenly, as if from nowhere, out flew two white doves, their wings glistening from the rain.
