(Pronounced sorbay). One very posh restaurant in Southern France offers some 37 sorbets, which is sort of like a sherbet, but creamier, which they may offer, quite small, to clean the palate between courses, or as an alternate dessert from the more calorie laden,
sinfully delicious temptations reaching out achingly from the 3-tier trolley. We chose an orange sorbet, leaning romantically against a
huge scoop of vanilla. On a 3" white ball. You could do it on gold, of course. Any other choice is strictly up to you.
